Project overview

The context

The client is looking to build the MVP mobile-first web app called GoPursue to help high school students explore high-growth careers and connect with professionals in their industry. I was hired as a Product Designer to help the team design the beta version of the GoPursue web app.

The objective

Research, strategize and design an end-to-end web app experience to help working professionals effectively help students through the app, with a focus on developing the idea to a level where it can be first introduced to the market (summer 2022)

Research

As a new hire, I needed to understand business objectives, requirements & constraints, and the target users/market.

I scheduled a meeting with the CEO/PM to clarify the current scenario of business and user needs.

I put together a Lean UX Canvas so that we could use it as a reference as a team to always be on the same page.
